Every RB Marble Sink piece is handcrafted from natural stone and designed to offer lasting beauty. This page explains our general warranty approach and provides essential care guidance to help preserve the character and performance of your product over time.

1. Natural Material Disclaimer

Marble is a natural stone, and each piece is unique. Variations in veining, tone, texture, and pattern are part of the material’s natural beauty and are not considered defects.

Small visual differences between product photos and the delivered item are normal and expected in natural stone products.

2. Warranty Coverage

We stand behind the craftsmanship of our products. Our warranty covers manufacturing defects directly related to workmanship under normal intended residential use.

  • Structural issues caused by production faults
  • Workmanship defects identified after delivery
  • Material issues that are not related to natural variation

3. What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover issues arising from misuse, improper installation, neglect, or external damage.

  • Damage caused during or after incorrect installation
  • Cracks, chips, or breaks caused by impact
  • Staining, etching, or discoloration from chemicals or improper cleaning products
  • Damage caused by poor maintenance or commercial misuse
  • Normal aging, patina, and natural wear over time

4. Care Instructions

To help preserve the appearance of your marble sink, we recommend the following care practices:

  • Clean with a soft cloth or sponge and mild soap
  • Dry the surface after use to reduce water spotting
  • Avoid acidic, abrasive, or bleach-based cleaners
  • Do not leave strongly pigmented or oily substances on the surface for extended periods
  • Use products suitable for natural stone when needed

5. Installation Responsibility

Our products should be installed by qualified professionals. We are not responsible for damage, leaks, instability, or other issues resulting from improper installation or unsuitable supporting structures.

6. Claim Process

If you believe your product has a valid warranty issue, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and clear photos or videos showing the concern.

  • Claims should be submitted promptly after the issue is noticed
  • Supporting visual documentation is required
  • We may review the case and offer repair, replacement, or another reasonable solution where applicable
